So ive been having some problems the past year-2(yes that long ive been chasing this damn thing) where the car will hesitate usually after a shift when trying to pull slightly etc. So today i finally got a code to pop up reading p0133 and torque is saying lean to rich sensor switch time is NOT OK. The o2 bank 1 and 2 are both new, and new catalytic convertor, new MAF, new MAP, new IC pump, what else could cause this, what values should i look up, etc.

car idles kind of like its got a cam in it(even though its stocked/not tuned) so sort of shitty, ive cleaned the TB also. Could it be an exhaust leak, injectors going bad, etc?
