P0141

My Car Is Now Throwing A P0141 And I Would Like For Someone To Help Me Solve The Problem Ive Replaced The Downstream 02 Sensor Already After I Installed A Downpipe I Also Have Aluminum Wrap Around My Sensor Wires And A Little Bit Of The Sensor Will This Cause A Code Thanks.

i no what the code is lol i just dont know what else to do to trouble shoot its something like 02 heater malfunction bank 1 sensor 2

i have a catted downpipe and yes its the sensor behind the cat i also replaced the 02 sensor.

Did you extend/rewire the sensor yourself or is it the stock sensor unmolested?

no rewireing stock direct connect from bosch

i did break the piece that connects my o2 sensor to the frame but it still connects great it just a little push piece to hold the connector on the bar.

If you're not having any driveability symptoms from this, it is most likely just the high-flow cat. Anyone w/ HPT can turn the MIL off from that scenario...

That plastic clip has no effect on the sensor's performance.

yea i know would a 02 sensor cel eleminator work my problem is i dont no anyone on maryland that can do this for me .

Look for someone to just tune it out. You're not the only person in Maryland that owns a GM or Ford...

...start by looking in the regional section on here for someone w/ HPT.

Tuning section has a list of people that you could contact to have that addressed.

don't know how those work but if it fools the computer into thinking you sensor is ok then it should work. The CEL should go away after it doesn't sense the error after a few cycles.
