Power Reduced Mode

Little info on the car. 06 Lsj about 215,000 miles on it with basically just GMS2. Car runs great, just has issues once its WOT above 6k. It will throw CELs and go into pwr reduced mode.
Code:
P0480
P0481
P0068
P1182

The first 2 are cooling fan codes that we are still trying to figure out. Replaced the relays, checked grounds.

From what I understand, the 2nd pair of codes basically pop up because the measured value of air is different than the calculated value. We have replaced every sensor that has to do with airflow, with no change. MAP, SCIP, Baro, And MAF. We also replaced the throttle body. Compression test came back great. 200-210 across the board. Also made sure there were no vacuum leaks. The strange thing is that we can clear the code and do 3-4 pulls with zero issues, but it always comes back.

Thoughts?

Basically what the p0068 means is that the current throttle position is not correlating with expected map/maf values. Were any mods done recently? There is a section of the tune where you can adjust the threshold for setting this code.

If youve already changed all of the sensors then it must be a wiring issue. Check all the connectors for the sensors you listed to see if there is any corrosion on the harness side.

Forgot to put in the first post that we visually checked the wires and connectors of all the sensors. I was hoping that it would be that easy.

I have Hptuners, but I have zero experience with the tuning side of it. Plus, I do not want to change the parameters and just put a band aid on the problem, unless that is the only solution..... lol

It sat over winter and then the issue started to arise. We had to replace the alternator and starter before we could even get it running again. Has been running fine since then, just had this issue. Thats why I assumed it was something electrical, but we cannot find anything.
