power steering

hey i was driving to my gfs house and all of a sudden my speedometer, gas and rpms go to 0 and it wrote powersteering failure. i had no power steering for like 30 seconds and then it fixed. this happend 3 times intell i stopped the car closed it completly and started it again. second time this has happend to me.it drove normal after i started it. Wat do u guys think this is. i gave my car the recall they had too. oh its a 2007 cobalt ss supercharged

I know someone who had there's replaced for the recall, then it went out again and the dealership said they had to buy a new one.

then you call GM and its fixed. Dealers are dumbasses 99% of the time.

Mine works...im scared to get it recalled.....

you guys are missing that his gauges all went to 0 as well, sounds like one of the modules lost communication for a bit.

If what you wrote is right about the dash going out then you have some kind of electrical problem.
How olds your car,sound like its a ignition swich problem ,do you have alot of stuff hanging off your keys?
If you do try removing it.

its a 2007 with 65km on it. and the car was still on n dtiving but i dint have power steering and it went to 0kms 0 rpm and gas went to empty but the light on my gauges were still on
