Power Steering went out and Car acting Crazy

So about 2 weeks ago i installed a new radio in my car and after getting it done i went to move the car and i noticed the car the power steering appears in the odometer display screen, and the car is harder to steer, the TC Light comes on, the car shifts hard(automatic) and the speedometer jumps up & down about 10-20 miles(not the cars actual speed). I then turned off the car and was going to get it to a shop in the morning, when i woke up all the problems disappeared. Then yesterday i went and got in my car and all the problems came back. I recently got the recall work done for my car, so i was wondering if this could be the issue or if this is something worse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you splice into any wires ?If so I would go back and figure out what they were for and think about tapping into a more suitable wire.
Seems to likley after installing the stereo that the problem started.

No i never spliced into any wires just plugged this PAC GM Radio Integration Adapter Allows aftermarket radio installation in select 2004-up Chevrolet and Pontiac vehicles (model C2R-GM11B) at Crutchfield.com into the wire harness and then the radio into that. I have no clue what this thing could be i am going to make an appointment with the dealer and see if it has anything to do with the power steering recall

Unplug the radio (adaptor)and see if it goes away if you dont have warranty.Could be a bad connection there or you could of pinched a wire to ground when you installed the new radio.
Take a good llok behind it there are alot of sharp little screw in the dash that like to poke into the wire bundle running through the dash.
