does it blow on its own or when you are using the windows.

On its own youve got a short to ground, when using bad motor, bad regulator, dirty tracks.......

faulty motor or something restricting the window from moving easily. so that the fuse blows to prevent the motor from burning out.

It blows when I use the windows. Either window, and when it goes up or down. It doesn't matter.
I have tried it using only one window up, and it blew after the window was fully raised, and I tried it putting both windows up, and it blew 1 second into the windows going up.

Thanks for the quick responses though guys!

If you're under warranty, take it in.

Otherwise, you're going to have a pain in the ass of a time trying to trace the short.
