Problem with 08 SS/TC

So I have a 2008 SS Turbo with around 67k on the odo. Normal maintenence, always changed with mobile 1 synthetic.

Well, I have an oil leak. and before you say "use the search button, all LNF's have a factory oil leak and there is a guide" I've followed that guide and sealed all three area's there may be a oil leak.

Here are a couple pictures for the oil leak im talking about

You can see in the crevice directly behind the oil filter is a small pool of oil. I cleaned that out on Saturday right after sealing the Camshaft sensor and its slowly filling up again. I am about to take it to the dealership, but I really dont want to be without my car.

Any other ideas? Would a bad valve cover gasket cause a leak right here?
