ok i thought the inside door handle was painted crome!! its just a sticker on it and the one on my passanger side started to pill off a few weeks ago and it didnt bother me that bad tell my driver side started to do it too!! and now it looks all crappy any ideas on why it happend or what to do to fix it?

 

sounds like the paint is peeling... just like the crappy silver stuff they use to paint the interior trim pieces... take it into the dealer...

 

i have a pic of it i just haven't quite figured out how to post pic on here yet or i would have uploaded one with that question

 

had to have mine replaced also, they are plastic vacumm chromed and the seam starts to peel, the new ones dont have a seam on them, it got so bad they were cutting my fingers.

 

did you run it into the dealer and show them?
