As far as I know, all GM vehicles come filled with DOT 3 brake fluid.

doesn't really matter if you mix. Dot four is a better fluid though. Higher boiling point.

Dot 3 and Dot 4 are compatible. If you're going to use DOT 4, though... best to do a flush and change it all.
