Really need help! (Alignment)

Car:
05 Cobalt SS/SC

Background:

Car hit a pothole/offroad bad going about 40-50mph. Get back on freeway. Alignment is screwed. Take car to get alignment. Everything seems fine until the driver side tire inner tread rips off about a year later. The tire was obviously wearing unevenly. Take car to get alignment again and buy new tire. Same thing happen a year later (tire wearing on inside). Repeat X2 . Yes this happened two more times for a total of 4 tires and 4 alignments with the shops telling me they have fixed it each time.

Help!!!!! What is wrong with my car!!!

Frame or control arm could be bent and they are aligning the tires so the car drives straight.
Take a good look at the control arm and other steering related parts.

you could also take a look at your tires from the front when you know they are suppose to be straight and see if the driver side is toed in(at a angle different to the passanger side)

are you lowered at all, and agreed check to make sure nothing is bent. although the shop should be checking that when they do the alignment.

also what tire dimensions are you running.

yes, the drivers side is tilted slightly inward (toed? dont know proper terminology) relative to the passenger and all other wheels.

Thank you for your help

Need the specs from the alignment sheet to be able to tell you anything.

knuckle, strut and springs were all replaced (all oem) and the problem still persists.

The Alignment "specs" wont tell you much I would assume. I saw the sheet and everything was green and in range.

Any other ideas?? What could be bent?
