the driver side rear window wont roll down and the right side rear window rolls down about 20% of the time. Has any one else had this issue and what was done to fix it.

Lawlz, I knew someone was going to say this..

 

Do the windows work normally if you use the switch on that door rather than the one on the drivers door?

If so, I would suspect the wire harness that goes throught the pillar and into the drivers door, the wires may be frayed / shorted / broken from the flex they get every time you open the door.

That being said, I would expect them all (front and rear) to be having issues if the harness was buggered.
