Rusted Intermediate Drive Shaft (Right)

What's up everyone

It's looks like massive problem of all Cobalts SS LSJ

My friends have 2 Cobalts SS SC 2005 Year ... one 190 000 km ... other 140 000 km. My - 115 000 km ... and I think have same problem because I cant dismount AXLE from intermediate shaft.
In one wonderful day - my friend can't drive it - looks like his axle broke. But when he looks at drive axles - all was OK.
When you'll try to get it out from vehicle - it'll so hard to dismount Axle from intermediate shaft ... but with BFH (*from other help threads - big f** hummer) you can make it!
img_0610.jpg - so here you are ...
img_0625.jpg - RUST - this is why AXLE rotating inside drive shaft!!!

So. You'll see - all of this parts contain SAAB label - from SAAB 9-3 (9440) 2003-2008:
img_0611.jpg - 12789486 - Intermediate shaft bearing cover (#1 on scheme)
img_0615.jpg - 12788651 - Intermediate shaft bearing housing / mount (#7)
img_0612.jpg - 12785906 - Intermediate shaft bearing = SKF 6008-2RS1/VP233F7 (#4)
0410081a06-025.jpg - #6 ?????? - Intermediate shaft - 27 teeth 445mm (#6)

Maybe anyone knows what P/N of #6 on scheme.

There are some numbers from SAAB with B207R engine & M35 gearbox - 13408708 & 9186588 but there 27 teeth 465mm - it 20mm more than need.

I know - GM selling 25921572 (old # 10363026) ... and it will last way because to expansive for me now. With shipping it'll about 300$
Sry for my English And thanks for help!
