"Service Air Bag" Indicator and 1st Service Drop
So I'm driving my ride home after visiting a friend, and all of a sudden "Service Air Bag" indicator shows up on my dash?!! I'm like "WTF!" Well I get home, turn off the ride, check cables, make sure all sensors are plugged in on driver and passenger side, turn the ride on...no indicator. I'm like, ..."okay..." Later on the day, driving my girlfriend's house, light comes back on! So I take it to the dealer to find out the whole air bag module is bad on the passenger side, along with it going to take 3 to 4 days to receive a new module and harness.
Bright side, even though I have aftermarket seats, the dealer is going to fix it for free since the seats weren't the cause!!! Which i'm grateful for considering a new module is around th 350 to 400ish dollar range. Meanwhile i was given a ford mustang, ehh!!!
