Shifter Help!!

I need urgent help for identifying a part! My car won't go in reverse. There's a white bracket underneath the shifter boot where the ball joint pops into. Whenever I shift it into reverse, the ball on the shifter pops out of the white bracket. It looks cracked. I just bought a TWM STS to put in since I'll be doing work to that area but I believe ill have to buy a new bracket. I'm not sure if the OEM will work or if there's something else I should use..

It looks like this...

Please help! Thanks in advanced.

By the way, I own an '07 2.4, if that helps at all..

Best bet would be to find a used shifter assembly on ebay or at a wreckers because I'm pretty sure you cannot get another one of those white things separately.

Damn.. Would I have to get a different shifter assembly or can I use the OEM one with the TWM short throw shifter?
