i just bought my 06 ss/sc cobalt and noticed that when in neutrel or have the clutch in and i rev the engine that the rpm's fall pretty slowly and then once it gets down to like 1300 it will rise up again to around 2000-2200 and then hit idle and i was just wondering if this was normal. thanks

 

Get used to it bud, the SS/SC model is notorious for its shitty idle. When ever its gets under 40 degrees faranheit my idle jumps all over the place.
