soft pedal feell

I just put new pads and rotors on the front of my SS/SC. During the test drive afterward i noticed that the brake pedal seems soft and I have to push down further to get the initial bite. New pads should not feel like that . I did not disconnect the caliper from the brake line so no air should have gotten in there. Any suggestions?

You should bleed it all anyways just to be certain.

When you compressed the calipers it could have pulled air.
