Kay so you were driving along normally in second gear, then pushed the clutch in, revved it, and dumped it?

Well I was revving kinda high I just dumped it enough to get the tires to break traction and it died. Sounds kind of stupid and it was lol but I didn't expect that to happen and it shouldnt of.

Was there wheel hop or just tire spin? I hopped so bad at the track once that I got a CEL, ABS, and BRAKE light.

Yeah I have an extended warranty till 100,000 but I don`t think it covers the clutch ... correct me if im wrong but clutch is only covered for 15 or 20,000 km? Something like that. Im probaly going to bring it in at the first of the week but if its working fine I dunno if they are going to be able to figure it out.

This doesnt really sound like a clutch issue though. I'd take it in and see what the dealer says. Dont tell them what you did of course. Just say you were passing someone in the rain and your car went "chugga chugga ping" and died.

Yeah im going to take it for a drive see how its working ... should be ok to drive tho?

So I just took the car for a drive seemed to work fine ... I checked my interceptor and it was showing a p0335 code. I cleared it and it didnt show up again.I just checked its the crank position sensor .. any idea why this would go off?
