Something is still wrong

Ok Something is still wrong with my car.

The idle sounds alot rougher then before.
Its acting like it takes more work to idle it.
I confirmed this with my interceptor gauges.
my MAP normaly at idle is arround 18, but now
its 16,
also

Normally my fuel injector Pulse wide is 1ms,
now its 1.4 to 1.5 ms. (50% higher)

No codes though... yet?

It stalled on me earlyier today and refused to start
(Still cranked over) and threw
P0300 Misfire Random
P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor
P0336 Crankshaft Position Sensor
After letting it sit for a while It started up, idle sounded abit rough then.
Deleted the codes, and drove it home. It hasnt thrown any codes since/yet.
But still idles rough and crap. I didn't see anything wrong under the hood.

Im thinking MAAAYBE the Caty...??
THoughts suggestions?

I must've missed ur first thread so I have no idea what to tell ya. Did this just suddenly start out of nowhere or was there some sort of incident that caused it such as bouncing the limiter or something?
