Sputter

I'm have started to notice that I get a little sputter in between 2nd and 3rd . It's nothing major I don't think but I can feel the car shake a little. Is this normal and I just never noticed?

Thats how my car started acting. Soon it started not letting me get anywhere above 3200rpms, then it wouldnt start...car is in saturn today, Hopefully to honor my extended warranty
