Fold the rear seats down and drive it . If it does away take it to the dealer for the seat latch fix . There is a tsb out for it .

Or you can just fix it with electrical tape. Just roll a thick layer of electrical tape over the u-shaped hinge. That worked for the two weeks before I brought my car to the dealer to put my new tires on. I wouldn't bring it just for that, unless it's really not a hassel for you, but if you need any other work done, just pass it on the side.

ps. I hear all sorts of sounds when I go over bumps. I got used to it now. But that seat squeak was really annoying.

If it's still warrentied bring it in, it's a common problem with the cobalts, I got mine fixed at the dealer. I believe there's a how to on this site as well if you want to do it yourself.

Nah the squeak is the rear seat latch. The dealerships have a bulletin for it. I took my car in for service and they fixed it for me without asking, now the squeak is gone.. was driving me crazy lol.
Even if your car isn't under warranty, shouldn't the dealers still honor a tsb?
