stage 2 pulley bolts?

stage 2 pulley bolts?
i cant get the bolts out of the stage 2 pulley i just recieved nates 2.9 i found out how to take tenshion off of the belt but i cant get the bolts out any suggestions ? o one of the tools broke already in the process of getting them out so need some help please
