I own a 2010 2LT coupe with almost 20k. The last 4 times once in a blue moon, I start her up, hear a few clicks, CEL luminates then goes away, car starts like normal while gauge (gas/Rpm) needles flicker at the bottom before resuming position. Car runs fine afterward. Could this be battery related? Ignition; Fuel pump?

My dad's 2004 Ford Taurus had this issue before only she would crank not start. When after start gauges flicker. Thought it be the programmed keys goin bad but Turned out to be the battery.

 

You have warranty ,bring it to the dealer.
But for a quick check look at the battery connections they could be loose,also the batery gound to the car body.
