Steering wheel shake while braking.
So this happens often but not all the time, when slowing down from higher speeds (70-60) once the brakes engage my steering wheel starts shaking like it has a seizure. Pads and the rotors look fine, what else could it be? (alignment was done not too long ago and problem wasn't there before or after alignment).

Like everyone else has said, they're warped. But you can just get them turned instead of replacing them, unless they're already worn bad. Riding the brakes or constantly braking late builds excessive heat and is most often the cause.

If it is only when you brake, then it is your brake system (Mostly warped rotors).
If it sometimes occurrs at certain speed without pushing the brakes too, then it could be an unbalanced wheel (Most tire shops don't have a RoadForce, so they do a spin balance, which isn't nearly as accurate).

Maybe ur not braking as hard all the time. I know my brakes were bad and only vib'd when i put alot of pressure on them. But just slowing down casually using the brakes only slightly didn't have a vibe. Replace ur rotors, problem will be solved. There is no other thing that could cause this problem only during braking, it's the rotors.

It is not changing. The conditions in which you notice it are changing.

Yours should be covered, it'll depend on the amount of KM tho. Obviously if you have a lot of km then they wont cover it. I had my front rotors machined at 19000km cause they vibed under braking, covered by warranty.
