Sunroof drain help

I have 2005 LSJ if that matters. PA got some pretty bad rain yesterday and it's only going to continue so I need to fix it. Yesterday after work I went to my car and there was a puddle on my passenger side floor.

I know it's most likely the sunroof drain, but the problem is I shot compressed air down from the top of the drain, I pulled the headliner back and detached the beginning of the tube to do it, and then I stuck a clothes hanger up from the end of the tube to try and knock loose anything that could be in there. When I pour a little water into the drain to make sure it's not leaking I see the water coming out from the bottom of the car, but it's also still leaking from here:

Is there anything else I could check? I also tried detaching it where two tubes come together in the A-Pillar but it just didn't want to come off.

Thanks for any help

Then you have a hole it in or it's not truely draining out of the car. I had a problem like this i used mini zip ties on the hose where it connects up top and where it connects in the pillar also make sure the bottom of the drain is actually completely going outside. Pull the side door sill off and the pull the carpet back to make sure it's going out.

Also I put minor amount of sealant on the connector before I put it back together and then zip tied. Never leaked again

When you had your headliner pulled back did notice if there was a small gap between the sunroof and actual roof? Right to the left of the drain plug in the corner of the sunroof I can stick my finger in, what may be causing water to run from the headliner, to the a-pillar down the kick panel. Not sure if that is normal though. Otherwise I don't know what it could be, everythings connected

Oh I didn't see the one on the top of the A-Pillar. Only the first one, the bottom, and where it comes out. I'll have to check that 2nd one in the morning. Thanks
