I had a similar problem like this except water was leaking out of the onstar mic. Took it into the dealer, got a new mic and they replaced the seal around the sunroof.

I've posted the TSB for the sunroof leaking on the cobalts. It gives a explanation of the leak and what most dealerships would do to fix it.

Talking

Thanks for the link also...Sunroof just leaked today for the first time in a pretty bad downpour and I told the dealer I was bringing it by tomorrow. They said it was the drainholes clogged. When I got home I opened the sunroof and got a cup of water and poured it in the channel and I watched it drain out of both drain holes quick so it's got to be out of adjustment. I noticed right off that the front of the glass was alittle lower than the back. This TSB proves my theory...Thanks again, I almost feel like fixing it myself but I'll take it in to have them scan the codes anyway...Zed
