Supercharger question? heat?

I recently did some "upgrades" to my car, running ** psi of boost, my supercharger is getting extremely hot now, so it the snout and pulley, is this normal for high levels, or is something f'd up here, also could it be because of my still stock exhaust. Feed back would be appreciated.
thanks

It will get hot if it is running more lean. Is it running hotter than at normal boost as far as water temps go?
