timing off/ actuator "pop"

so for while ive been having this weird valve train noise and bad idle(bogging and stalling). every once in a while i would get the p0011 code.

i took of my valve cover today to check out if my timing was off and found out a few things. first thing was when i was turning my motor over i would hear a "pop." i had my friend turn over the motor while i tried to see what was going on. the exhaust actuator would like pop forward.

heres a video to explain better what was happening. keep an eye on the cam gear bolt

i also noticed that my timing was a little off...

currently dont have any CELs. so im gonna start with replacing my tensioner and chain and see what that does... I am also wondering if i should replace my exhaust VVT actuator since it is making that popping noise. any suggestions on how to go about retiming/fixing this issue is appreciated. thanks!

Not sure how it jumped a tooth, but I think you need a new exhaust cam actuator. It should lock into position when off and not be able to move relative to the chain. Has the timing ever been touched before?
