trying to replace front chevy badge

I'm trying to change out my front chevy bowtie and the nuts on the back just keep spinning and not coming lose. Is there a trick or something I don't know about?

Im pretty sure they are just push on and not actually threaded,somebody here knows for sure though.
Did you do a thread search ?

They are just speed nuts made from very light metal and they thread onto plastic.....you should be able to loosen them with a wrench and then apply pressure backwards and spin them off.......if they just spin then wiggle em side to side and they will come off.........its cheap **** so dont let it get the best of you....lol........Later

ya mine did the same thing. the way i got mine off was basically pull them outwards and spin them until the catch onto the plastic threads. and to hold it back on i just put a little bit of silicone adhesive around the holes and put the nuts back on. and it holds like a damn.

pull outward on the badge and unscrew they are 10 or 11mm if im correct
