TSBs
No TSB are not like recalls they aren't always covered.
Sometimes they only pertain to a few cars built on a certin day.
TSB's are more when GM realives that this little part is defective (like the sunroof button
or the silver door trim that peels) and makes a fix aftert the cars haas gone to the public.
So they send a TSB to the dealers saying this is how it gets fixed.
Most TSB's comeout in the first couple of years and get covered by warrenty, but not all of them are covered.
Some TSB's are for stupid crap like when the brakes get done on such and such, use these pads not he original replacments. And we know pads don't fallunder warrenty.
