Turbo to manifold causing car to lose boost?

So my 09 lnf has a turbo to manifold leak not sure if it's a stud letting go or the turbo gasket. Anyways, the car right now is running quite lean at wot around 13.8 (usually im around the low 12's) my knowledge of turbo cars is not very good as I've just recently bought car and I'm just curious to as if its that leak that's making me run lean. Im assuming so as I'm throwing a lean at idle bank 1 code Also, I seem to be losing boost at wot in 3rd but in 4th the car seems to hold its boost and pull harder. and I just dont think it's from the leak on the turbo but I could be wrong which is why I'm here lol. I'm currently not at home to check my charge pipes as they could very well be the cause of lost boost but I'm just wondering if it could be anything else I'm not aware of. Thanks in advance. Apologies if I'm sounding dumb here 😂

Very possible that a leak is causing your lean condition. Read the code. Also check charge pipes and around the intercooler. The stock intercooler is known to crack since the end tanks are plastic.

thanks will do! Car has a zzp intercooler on it but I'll still give it a check.

If the exhaust leak is before the WBO2 sensor that could cause false readings, depending on the engine conditions and the leak. Look for any cracks in your manifold too (mirror and flashlight). An easy way to spot a manifold leak is to look for a tell-tale black streak of carbon near the manifold flange on the head, that is where exhaust is spewing out.
