Storm has a full keyboard and spell check, I blame the operator not the phone

Did the noise start after you installed the stg2's or the springs?

Sounds similar to when I had my car...sway bar link. I went through 3 of them while I had the car. Made knocking noise as if the strut was bad.

Dealer did all mine because of warranty but its one bolt on the sway bar one on the control arm I believe, and they like to spin when unbolted so they're a pain in the ass to remove.

I hope this helps.

When I put on my Eibach's it did the same thing. I checked it out and after MUCH searching i found that the stabilizer bar, when installed on the same side of the strut as it originally was (from the factory), rubbed against the CV shaft when I turned left. I unbolted the stabilizer bar and reattached it to the opposite side of the strut and the problem went away. Hope this helps.

if the spring wasn't seated properly wouldn't it have started when I lowered it?
