I don't have a lot of experience with being low as I like to take corners fast and also don't want to worry about ripping off my intercooler. A common problem for those who do "go low" is that it will put your axels in a bind and cause vibration because your cv joints weren't meant to operate well at those angles. I can tell you by what you have already done to help check it, that you are running on borrowed time with the axels and you may have to decide between being low and changing axels about every month or raising it up some. How low did you drop it?
Some guys who have went pretty low have been through 6-8 sets of axels before they finally decide to raise it back up.

If its only on the throttle then it is very likely a cv shaft. Get under there and give them a shake, youll be able to tell which one is sloppy.

^ this. Op the amount you dropped isn't much at all so it shouldn't cause an issue. Check the axels like slowbalt suggested.
