2007 cobalt ls manual trans

Ive narrowed it down to the front drivers side of the car. Started after I went autocrossing. I found what I thought to be a torn motor/trans mount. Replaced the mount, went for a test drive and the noise was still there. Its really bad at lower speeds and turning a lot, like in a parking garage, but is absolutely silent at highway speeds.

Any ideas on what it could be?
