Wet back seat?

It doesn't happen all the time, but occasionally. 06 LS 4 dr. Left side rear. Headliner dry and no stains. Top of seat clean. Windows up. Door closed and locked. Edge of seat clean. Inside trunk dry. Parked on driveway which is a slight nose up incline. Where is this water coming in? Daughters car.

Rear window seal then running until it gets in? They weren't the best built cars. When I bought my 08 4 door new, within the first month the back windows both came completely off track. They said it was pretty common lol. Does it have an xm antenna? It could be getting in there as well.

no xm. Window clean with no signs of water running down glass. Headliner dry and no stains.

That is strange. It obviously is getting in somewhere. I know this may sound stupid, but have you thought about spraying the car all over with water and see if you can make it leak? Thats what we have to do when we can't detect a leak on a roof.

I've checked aftet washing and can't find anything. It doesn't do it every time. Only happened a handful of times. Very frustrating.

It sounds like a specific kind of rain or moisture. What was the weather doing when it did it last?

I still think I would take a sprinkler hooked up to a water hose and lay it on top of the car and just let it run all over the car. You would be surprised on how effective it really is.

It has been raining steady all day. No water has gotten inside.
