Alright guys, I know the last thread was a BIG BIG fluke, and was nothing but fighting...but as most of you saw, we two apologized and are back on level ground now. Ok, so many of you know the story, sent the wheels off to be "restored"...and I hear from SSchick, that she had gotten all 4 new ones on the gunmetal chrome style....anyway, I like the polished alluminum and I think that I deserve to get a whole new set of wheels...I mean all NEW wheels.
11 times to the dealer + snapping prob not fixed + wheels sent off and sent back to me with paint coming off + rental car for 2 weeks= I deserve all new wheels...also call GM about this, and the Rep never calls back..and I'm due for an appointment to send the two wheels that are **** being "restored" AGAIN... what should I do guys? I'm so frustrated. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

 

Try and get the money and put it towards powercoating them. Just keep calling the GM rep or get GM headquarters # from the internet.


Maybe look into to see if u qualify for the lemon law.

Get all the records u can so as to have proof when the time comes. Dont rely on the dealer keeping the info on their comps as some info may get lost or just not entered. Log all telephone calls.
