White crust on brake rotor?

White crust on brake rotor?
Ok this might sound stupid but I'm curious to know. Last weekend I changed all brake rotors and pads on the Cobalt. Today when I went and looked one of them had a white crust all around and underneath the brake pad braking surface. The rear driver rotor is the only one out of them all. Any idea what that is?
