duraflex has f'ed my bumper up 3 times, but i got sick of waiting so i just had it installed cuz i was waiting so long. and since i had the warranty, i assumed they could just remold another for free. but my guy at the shop said that since they painted it and it's on they cant. wtf is the purpose of the warranty then?! discuss?

I'm sorry you're having that experience. Also, my apologies for not seeing this thread but we have only been active for the last couple of weeks.

What specific issues were you having? Did you purchase directly through us or through one of our many online distributors?

i had a front bumper "specifically the duraflex bomber? i believe" and it did not fit exactly on my 4dr cobalt. i went through a friend at accesories unlimited here in albuquerque. i showed him the site called everythingcobalt.com. so he ordered it through there. i figured it coming from an everything cobalt site that the pieces would match up perfectly. after the 3rd remold i got sick of waiting and used the closest mold you guys had. i was originally just going to use that bumper and see if you could do another mold but it never happened. and i believe i was told there would be some type of warranty issues because i got it painted and installed. however, i thought that since i got it installed at a professional shop and not in my garage that i would still have the warranty. anyways, now i'm getting rid of it i already have an SS front lip on the way along with a stock bumper.
