I Had my wipers on and they jerked alittle and then stopped working, Well if i get out i can hear a popping noise when i turn them on like they are still wanting to work so this makes me believe the wipers might of jump the track or something. I can move one wiper up and down and the other one stays put another reason i think they just jump track

Can someone explain how to get that protective covering off between the window and hood so i can get the wiper motor and tracks
