Wipers won't work
Wipers stopped working. 25A Fuse under hood is good. 10A fuse in center console blown. Replaced the 10A, wipers worked. Hours later the fuse blew again. Now every time I replace the fuse it immediately blows. Anyone ever have this problem and/or know the cause and solution? Thanks

A short somewhere in the circuit or a bare wire somewhere

After the fuse blows is the wiper motor hot or warm
