WTF Rocker Arms

What way to intraduce myself other then asking for help..... I have an 06 sc/sc long story short got the infamous timing chain tensioner clacking next thing you know i have to get my car towed, sent it to the dealership for a diagnosis and two days later lol they say yup definately starter and flywheel missing teeth give us $1200 to fix for ya lol after telling them to go f themselves i go the next day with a bud try to push start it thinking if its just a starter and flywheel why not try and push start it? so i do and nothing, so i get it home and start the tear down... omfg the rocker arms grenaded and i have no real idea what im doing besides basic knowledge, upon further inspection both left and right chain guides are like bits of recycled plastic and i need a chain tensioner, now as far as i can tell the pistons are still good cause keep in mind this happened at damn near idle and they seam to be functioning ok still have to do a compression test but say its all good, is it safe to say if i replace all fing 16 rocker arms, 2 chain guides and the tensioner ill be good as new or do you guys think im f%$#@*

If the timming went on it I would think the pistons hit the valves, thats why the rockers might of ben destroyed.
Better get a look at the pistons and do a compression check before doing any work.
