california duster

so I finally picked up another California Duster since my previous gf copped onto my old one and I was just wondering where and how you guys store yours? I used to keep my old one in the house all the time but I'm thinking I would like to keep this one in the trunk for quicker access. Obviously I don't want it just laying on the carpet so I could do a news paper, but I'd almost rather do a bag or something that's more obscure.

Anyway, how and where do you store yours?

I realize this is a pointless discussion but I'm bored so give me a break. lol

The Original California Car Dusters should come with a bag. I store mine in the trunk and I have no problems with it. Just make sure that before you use a new duster, to let it sit on newspaper for 48 hrs so that the newspaper absorbs the exess wax that is on the duster.

i hate these things to be honest.

its gets hotter here in So cal. especially with my old black balt

the wax would heat up and tranfer off of the duster and leave streak marks on my car. no including if i rolled down the windows and then back up. all these streaks.

just my opinion

microfiber towels work so much better...

butttttt the only problem with microfiber towels is that it puts an electric charge on the metal/ paint. dust will stick a little more. the hair on my arms stand up a lil when i use the microfiber towel and then put my arm close the the paint.
