detailing tomorrow...please help
ok so i just went out and bought some stuff to detail my car tomorrow...please tell me if this is the correct stuff and process...
i bought meguiars gold class car wash, meguiars smooth surface clay kit, meguiars step 1 deepcrystal system paint cleaner, meguiars "mirror glaze" 7 show car glaze, and meguiars "mirror glaze" 26 HI-TECH yellow wax.
steps:
1. wash my car with the meguiars gold class car wash
2. wash it again with 75% dish soap, and 25% meguiars gold class car wash (to remove previous wax and stuff)
3. apply step 1 meguiars paint cleaner and remove it with microfiber towel
4.use the meguiars clay bar kit
(not sure if i should claybar for step 3, then apply the paint cleaner for step 4, so any input on that would be great)
5.apply mequiars #7 show car glaze and remove
6. apply meguiars #26 hi-tech yellow wax and remove
please let me know if these products and the order i plan to use them in are correct, thanks in advance!!
anyone....i think i decided i didnt need the paint cleaner since i will be clay baring...

not sure how new york is about the pollen. here where i m at i m going to have to wait until the pollen stops. if not it would be a waste of time to wash it.

yah its not a good idea to use dish soap on your car, yea your right it does get most of the old wax off but it can also damage the paint ive seen plenty of cases where this has happened.... Most good car wash soap will already have chemicals in it to take wax off the car.....
i use mostly all dura gloss products
