Grand National Detail

Well the owner approached me about detailing this sucker. He didnt want to drop the cash for an all out detail (removing all the swirls) and was more interested in just removing the water spots. Light compounding, polish, seal, and a happy customer-

Nice job man , even not getting the swirls out it looks awesome . To this day theres just not many cars that can match the street presence of a properly done GN .

hmm, i didnt work very thoroughly on this one once i found out what he wanted done so it took about a day and a half at a VERY slow pace.

compounding was only with a white CCS pad or Turbowax white pad, apply wax at 3, then buff it in on 6

same speeds for polish and sealant

grey ccs pad for polish

blue for sealant

tape time was probably an hour and a half. ridiculous amount.
