Will I be able to get this off?

Working on my step dads truck just getting it cleaned up. There's a few lines that look like rub marks down the side. Anybody have any idea how to get them off? They've been there for a while and look like crap. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Ya they're shitty cell phone pics. Just snapped them real quick. My bad. And what would you use to buff out. (Probably a dumb question haha)

You would need a good rotary buffer with the proper compounds, if you're asking the question it's not something that you should attempt yourself. Take it to a professional. Even then they may not come out completely, but will be much less noticeable. That will not under any circumstance come out by hand.
