Will this work??
Will this work??
My girlfriend bought me this wax last year for my old car that was black but now I have a silver balt...I was wondering if this wax will still work to its full potential on a silver car as its made for darker colours...

Also how should this wax be applied? And with what cleaner wax & polish??
Note - It is Zymol Carbon in case you cant see in the pics...

also use what ever you like...there is no ultimate polish/wax combo
and im guessing the same as any other wax would be....avoid direct sunlight...
Its going to do the same thing. I detail cars for a living and you will not notice a difference. Just put enough on to make light haze on the paint, do not overdue because it will be a bitch to get off.
Thanks laserblue I figured you would chip in lol, Ya it worked great on my last car but Ive only used like coats out of the container and it would be a waste to not use it...But it would also suck if it damaged the paint at all...Im not sure if im brave enough...
But ya like you said maybe inside trunk lid or something..

You probably need more than wax lol you my friend probably need to use the 4 letter word that a lot of people don't like to hear. BUFF. Buffing if your friend if you don't want to do it bring it to a reputable detail shop somewhere around you.

i think he is saying his paint looks like hell....so will this fix his problem... answer no...you will need a good compound/polish/seal/wax probably....atleast a good polish and then wax....so you are gonna need to find someone who does paint and buffer work...

I found my old bottle of Zymil the other day, its pretty good wax. Ive used wax that is a few years old with no problems. and if you are afraid, of it not working try it in the trunk or the door jam. that away you dont see it.
