get me some solid lifters so i wont have to rebuild the valvetrain every 3-4 months. lol

car started acting up and missing. blew out the headgasket so he went to replace it and found a cracked sleeve on cylinder #1. now parting it out and moving on to bigger and better things

Bigger and better things. I don't feel like fighting for reliability and traction while only putting down mid 300's. Thats bullshit.

I hear you on that one dude....
If it's possible for me, I'm gonna try and find a used Lotus Elise as a weekend/build car. I had found some for the mid 30's with only ~5K miles on them. But insurance would be the big question on one of those things. Not to mention maintenance.
