There is a 2006 cobalt ss the actual ss one and it misfires and has rough idle and poor acceleration the guy selling said it’s the Exhaust side cam sensor code p0013 could these be problems be the sensor if not please tell me what it could be
Welcome from a fellow Kansan. I would think that issue could be causing your issue though not necessarily the whole story. Are there any other codes set?
Could need plugs, could need coils, could need a new tune. It could need a new engine too, how many miles are on the car, what injectors and pulley does it have, why isn't the intake clamped onto the throttle body properly?

the car has 130,000 on it and he doesn’t know jack **** about the car but it’s priced at 2,300 and that’s a steal

the guy said no other codes just p0013 and he just wants to get rid of the car for another one he wants so I’m worried there’s more to the problem then just the sensor because it’s only 2,300
