The title pretty much sums it up.
The line is new, but the packaging is open. I bought the line assuming that it would work with my IRL but alas it didn't... Obviously the line has never been installed so it is open, not sure what you call that, but no fluid has touched it... I guess its NOOB (new out of box). I am asking $60 ($5 less than BRAND new) for that reason, the line was never used, and you do not have to wait a few weeks for the line to be made, as I will ship it out same day or the next day.
The line will work on SS/SC/TC
