Is there a diagram?

I was wondering if there was a diagram with all the brake lines(?);
In the past CED has been a great resource because they had several diagrams, and I could pick and choose which parts I would be ordering (admittedly, it has been quite some time since i have ordered from them).

I am wanting to replace all the soft lines on the sedan, and would love a diagram with part numbers so that I can be sure I order them all - I really hate getting into a job, and realizing after it's in the air, and immobilized, that I am missing parts for the job.

Any assistance in the form of part numbers or even links is appreciated.

I will be ordering two of everything so that when I get around to doing the coupe, I have it all waiting for me.

Are you trying to replace with the same material or are you trying to upgraded them? Pretty sure the only soft lines are the lines that go from the hard lines to the calipers.

GM Parts Direct still has diagrams. looks like the OEM lines are discontinued for front and rear. OTTP and ZZP both the stainless lines.

Rear Diagram:

I am looking for stock replacement parts.

My wife may want a different car, so we may at some point be selling the sedan... we will see.

In the mean time, there's no sense in throwing money (in the form of aftermarket parts) at the car - and I have always been a proponent of OEM or OEM-looking parts.

Unless my memory is failing me, there is a small rubber section of line that connects to the the top side of the bracket where the caliper line connects;
I cannot find this mentioned anywhere.

Pretty sure you are correct. The front brembos have 2 sections of soft line, and the rear beaks have 1.

well, I may have to go to a dealership to get at least an OEM (presumably discontinued) part number.

you mean the accessory pedal covers?

are your rubber pads worm out?

I nabbed a really nice set off of an '09 low mile base car last year... while grabbing the doors, hood, and fenders for my car.

yeah the pads are worn. I can get the new replacement ones, but I've been looking the accessory ones for a while with no luck. I've checked in the junk yards previously with no luck. My best find was the RK sport cobalt hood with the functional scoop. Honestly in the pictures on the yards web site it looked just like the car on the RK sport website back in the day, but wrecked in the back.

in years gone by I have seen the accessory pedal covers in the scrapyard, and passed on them;
I decided last year to grab them next time I see them...
Have you done a country wide dealer search?

Sometimes they take a while, but you just might find them.
I recently bought a full set of the accessory mats - the only issue is that GM does not do dealer inventory transfers for discontinued parts - so if you find them, you have to pay full shipping from that dealership to you;
I found one dealer in Saskatchewan had one pair, and another dealer in Ontario had the other pair - I should have bought two sets when I bought my original set(!). lol
