2.2 header

Yes I have read all the header fourms I was wondering if any company has come out with a header for the 06's with air injection/egr what ever you wana call it.
(no fighting over what it is I dont care its there and it a pain). I work in a machine shop so if I got a header with no egr/ air injection suport what would I have to change.

Ok, can't find it right away but if you have air injection on your vehicle there is a black hose on the motor side of the air intake and it runs to the back of the engine.

EDIT

FOUND IT!

EDIT AGAIN FOR PICTURE WORKAGE

If you have the Air Injection System you will have a separate tube that attaches to the top of the air filter box -- cant miss it. I haven't heard of anybody discussing EGR on the 06 but the pictures in the performance book (earlier models) shows it to be on the firewall side of the cylinder head above the manifold. When your engine is cold take off the exhaust manifold heat shield (3 bolts -- need a deep socket 13MM) and take a look at the exhaust manifold with a light and a mirror. If you don't have either of these the manifold is clean and the only attaching item is the O2 sensor near the bottom of the manifold where the Down-pipe attaches. Reinstall the heat shield and tighten the bolts to 11 Lbs.Ft. Good luck...

It's all about emissions. California, Massachusetts, New York, Maine and Vermont are listed as the states most likely to have the Air Injection System. (From the Haynes OBD-II Techbook)
